Antique Edwardian Blue Brooch with Tassel

Take yourself back to the Edwardian period with this faceted blue glass stone set under an oval filigree floral cover. This is a brass, possibly gold gilt, setting. The brooch has been taken well care of since the early 1900's, as best as I determine based on the styling, clasp and patina. I did lightly clean it taking off a little of the patina, so you could see the delicate carving on the oval base and the two large flowers. The tassels are all intact with little sphere details on the ends. The brooch measures 1 3/4" across and 2 3/4" long. The long pin is tight and fits the c-clasp tightly; it will not come undone when worn as many older brooches do after they lose their spring.
